  1. Spent the major part of Sat. with the Missus at the hospital. Issue less severe than usual, but still tough and tiring.

  2. Mum hasn't been well, either. Worrisome at her age. Maybe it's just the flu and symptoms from that.

  3. With all that, it makes one pensive. And grateful.

  4. Today I was back down to my lowest weight from a week or so ago, after it climbed back up a kilo. Let the scales register lower.

  5. Comments have been turned off. It was all spam. I'm talking to myself anyway.

  6. I used to do posts called 7points, nicely structured. Maybe I'll go back to doing that. Whatcha think? I always ended with a Bible verse, so here:
