Praying for Hillvew Terrace

HTH requested prayer today for this congregation. I only had email contact with their evangelist once. I know no one else, but decided to include them in my list of prayers today:

The Lord’s church at Hillview Terrace in Moundsville, West Virginia, began in the early 1960s. In 1994, it became the home of the West Virginia School of Preaching, with the school operating under the oversight of the eldership. The elders now are Randy Chamberlain, Cliff Fogle, Mark Games, Terry McCracken, and Seth McIntyre. Andy Robison serves as the minister of the church and the director of the school, with Dave Deagel serving as the recruiting director for the school. Since the school’s inception, over one-hundred men have graduated the program, with most still preaching either full-time or as tent-making preachers.

The school’s lectureship is always the last full week in October. The congregation aims to support the school, along with the brotherhood, by providing a place for training preachers that is located farther north east than many other schools. The church continues to reach out to the community through House to House/Heart to Heart and is always prepared to provide training for the use of evangelistic tools.

Let's pray for the Lord's church at Hillview Terrace this week. Can you imagine the difference THOUSANDS of prayers can make for them? God told us the fervent prayers of a righteous person are powerful (James 5:16). Let's take His Word for it.
